To promote the consultation, County Council officers will be holding Public Consultation Drop-In Events in Banbury, Oxford, Witney and Didcot. At these events officers will be available to answer questions and listen to concerns. The events are being held in:
📍 Witney Corn Exchange – Tuesday 3rd November 1000-1400 & 1500-1900
📍 Oxford Cowley, Templars Square – Wednesday 4th November 1300-1600
📍 Oxford City Centre, Westgate Library Foyer – Friday 6th November 1000-1700
📍 Banbury Town Hall – Monday 9th November 1000-1400 & 1500-1900
📍 Didcot, Cornerstone Arts Centre – Friday 13th November 1000-1400 & 1500-1900
If possible, could you please share details of the Public Consultation and the Drop-In Events with your members and your local communities and encourage them to respond or attend one the in-person events. Please see the attached poster which can be displayed or sent out to inform local people of the Public Consultation and the in-person events.
